HR Business Partner Facebook is seeking a senior level HR professional to support the business in the delivery of organizational development solutions for employees. Contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to cultivate a vibrant Facebook culture as it scales to double in size. This person will be responsible for managing and building a solid team of employee relations professionals.
ShareApply for this positionResponsibilities * Responsible for building relationships with business teams to implement strategies that meet the development objectives of Facebook * Serve as primary contact for all client groups across Facebook to assist employees in resolving issues and grievances * Develop HR/people oriented programs to positively impact change management * Assess employee development needs and make recommendations for appropriate solutions * Design and deliver targeted solutions, including strategic planning, visioning, change management and team building * Provide appropriate coaching and development feedback to managers and employees * Provides expertise in development and execution, planning, and facilitation of employee relations effortsRequirements * 8+ years of HR experience in a technology or high-tech organization * At least 3 years experience as HR Business Partner or equivalent * Demonstrated project management/change management skills * Strong communication, interpersonal, relationship building, consulting, teamwork and leadership skills * Exceptional consulting, coaching and facilitation skills * BA/BS degree with emphasis in HR or equivalent * Excellent understanding of the technology or Internet business * Must have experience managing a team of HR professionals
