Established International Artist's Studio seeks a professional writer and editor to assist the studio with artist statements, essays, interviews, project proposals and grant applications on a freelance basis.
Requirements: Three or more years of professional writing and editing experience in an arts related context. A Bachelor's or higher degree; excellent writing, organizational and interpersonal skills; proficiency in Microsoft Word; the ability to meet reasonable deadlines and flexibility to work evenings and weekends if needed and from time to time in collaboration with the Artist at her studio in the West Village.
