The largest commercial cleaning franchisor in the world is searching for a Director of National Accounts to join our executive team. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in National Sales.
Position Summary:
Plan, develop, communicate, sell, and implement strategic initiatives and priorities in assigned National Account Channel. Position is responsible for hitting top-line revenue and bottom-line profit targets for assigned Accounts or Channel.
Major Responsibilities:
Develop strategic account plans and initiatives for assigned customers. Continuously search for new opportunities with existing or new business. Develop and expand difference making relationships within account base across all levels. Work in concert with internal support functions to legitimize ideas and find the most efficient and effective way to meet or exceed our customer and internal expectations. Communicate external and internal information accurately and efficiently. Lead portfolio of business to exceed revenue and profit targets.
Key Competencies:
Drive for results - A demonstrated/documented record of delivering sales goals and designing and implementing strategic initiatives. Negotiation skills -Successful experience negotiating price/program, etc. Customer focus - Strength in hearing, understanding and developing solutions for assigned customers and company. Relationship skills -Comfort meeting with all levels, executives to field representation Internal & external. Motivating others - Internal team & support and external to reach common goals including continuous improvement. Excellent verbal/written communication and computer skills.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
4 year degree in Business Management or equivalent work related experience
Superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Confident, assertive, flexible, team oriented and professional.
Strong time management skills with the ability to address customer concerns
Should possess knowledge, ability, focus and skill to provide superior business sales delivery and support.
Customer oriented and committed to 100% customer satisfaction.
Should remain attuned to related market trends and general developments within customers industry as well the franchise commercial cleaning industry.
Industry experiences a plus, but not required.
20% + Travel required.
