Direct Response Account Manager (New York)
Facebook is seeking a Direct Response Account Manager to provide the highest level of customer service to our advertising customers in New York. The Direct Response Account Manager will report to the Manager of Account Management and will partner with the direct sales team throughout the entire advertising sales process. Account Managers will develop pre-sales proposals, generate post-campaign wrap-ups, and drive renewals while building strong relationships with our partners. An ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Account Management, having worked with top brands and agencies across the online ad sales industry. Account Managers will be expected to contribute to developing creative and custom solutions for strategic advertising partners. This position is based in our New York office.

* Work with the DSO sellers to drive critical advertising initiatives through to delivery
* Work with cross-functional teams to get work done, driving plans/recommendations through to implementation (inc. working with product to launch, and then scale for growth)
* Clearly communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to sellers and to the broader organization, take feedback and adjust plans accordingly
* Set and maintain goals with sellers
* Act as the point of contact for escalation with clients
* Scope out business opportunities for top tier transactional advertisers
* Support strategic initiatives by identifying appropriate partners and then executing deals in conjunction with scaling opportunities for our DSO channel.Requirements
* BA or BS degree or equivalent experience
* At least 6 years of work experience, including at least five years of related online business development, media knowledge, and deal flow or strategic consulting experience
* Ability to structure, negotiate, and maintain significant and complex strategic relationships, provide financial modeling and analysis, and interpret legal documents while working with legal and finance teams to get agreements finalized
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills around strategic analysis and deal flow
* Sales and business development skills
* High level of comfort presenting key partner issues to management
* Experience working directly with traditional and new media companies preferred
