Overview
Assist with the design development, shipments, installations and follow through for Creative Presentations in Tiffany locations worldwide - including windows, vitrines, merchandise promotions and launches and special events.
Responsibilities
Assist with the design development process for windows, vitrines, product promotions/launches, holiday décor and special event concepts/themes and 'mock ups' - as well as formatting creative visual directives sent to all Tiffany locations worldwide. Oversee the sourcing, ordering and shipping of props related to windows and vitrines and help to manage vendor relationships.
Communicate and follow through as needed with regional CVM team regarding all windows, vitrines, promotions, special events and projects. Maintain effective communications, relationships and market resources in order to facilitate bulk and sample orders in a timely and effective manner.
Maintain an organized photo reference files of worldwide windows, vitrines, events and floral arrangements. Ensure that photos are received from regional CVM as requested.
Assist with the purchase orders, invoice payments and expense reports related to purchasing of materials and business expenses through appropriate forms and procedures. Forward for approvals and timely processing.
Qualifications
* Bachelors Degree, preferably in Fine Arts. * 2 - 4 years experience in merchandising, visual display, styling, or related areas - preferably luxury retail. Exceptional organizational and communication skills. * Proactive, flexible, enthusiastic and strong interpersonal skills. * Experience with cross-functional teaming and proven ability to work with a variety of people, and present ideas and information to group. * Knowledgeable of local vendor sources for display supplies, hardware, props, furniture, flowers. * Experience with basic construction hand tools and painting. * Technical knowledge with the ability to execute creative using CAD packages such as InDesign Photoshop and Illustrator. Preferred Qualifications: * Comfortable in and appreciative of a luxury retail setting.· * Basic knowledge of jewelry, leather goods and gifts. * Able to travel as needed for store visits & installations. * Strong sense of composition and design. * Strong conceptual skills. * Knowledge of stock photography and lifestyle imagery from obscure sources.
