This role will be responsible for lead generation, setting clients up with online access, handling all in-bound sales calls, following up on online sales, and managing the client database.
Coordinator will also be responsible for sending out sales related materials, booking travel, working with the marketing department and Account Managers to develop sales campaigns for specific sector promotions, as well as work with the office administrator at the end of each month to reconcile missing contracts, licenses, and invoices for all new business.
4- year degree from a recognized University, preferably in business or marketing
1-3 years in a sales or marketing administrative position
Database knowledge of Microsoft Access or Sales Force
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
