Provide support, ongoing maintenance and fulfillment for all online classified product lines in addition to all media online products. Fulfill contracts and assist with the fulfillment of Homescape, Careerbuilder and contracts as backup Work with the Local Online Advertising Sales team to provide support -- before, during and after the sales process. This includes inventory and proposal support, order processing, online media research, client billing and post-billing issues. Specific responsibilities include:
Working with Local Sales Manager and Interactive Account Executives to create Online Advertising sales proposals, RFPs and client presentations
Verifying inventory availability throughout the sales proposal process
Entering client billing/scheduling information into the Interactive billing system
Working with A/Es, customers and appropriate creative resources to have various creative units developed. Coordinate with Ad Serving department to schedule ad units and creative changes.
Performing back-end analysis and tracking of advertiser campaigns to ensure campaigns meet performance goals. Write and send out monthly electronic newsletters for Recruitment, Apartments, Real Estate and Cars. This involves gathering and suggesting content, writing and editing, and ensuring that all emails conform to CAN-SPAM legislation. This also involves a basic understanding of HTML and the use of Dreamweaver and Photoshop. Manage the push email lists - Work with appropriate resources in Ti and Hartford to manage email lists used for classified newsletter distribution. Includes the importing of lists from sales staff and other sources, comparing lists against opt-out lists using Access, and distributing through appropriate channels. Provide backup to the Interactive Data Support Admin
Provide backup for all customer support issues
Assist in maintaining Quickbase data for real estate and apartments customers, along with others as requested.
Provide photo editing support as required for classified products.
Assist in fulfilling Homescape packages for realtors, brokers and builders. Work with the Online Manager, Sr. Advertising Director and appropriate resources on new product rollouts, as needed. For all classified verticals use raptor to document all customer contact and issues. Other activities as required.
