Join our dedicated and talented team of individuals all focused on creating the best products in the marketplace. We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Consumer Care Specialist (Contractor) in our Glendale offices.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for customer care, inbound/outbound call management and issue triage across strategic operations.
Support advertisers, the account management team and external requests.
Research, fact checking and contacting the advertiser to resolve issues and answer questions.
Responsible for troubleshooting and YP Mobile Apps.
Assist in the distribution and issue resolution around vouchers and voucher ids with the advertiser.
Uphold all customer service standards and follows department policies.
Manage escalation and issue monitoring/resolution for projects within portfolio of initiatives.
Alert stakeholders of potential risks and opportunities.
Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 1-2 years experience customer or advertiser care, production and/or program management function.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and impeccable business judgment; professional distinction in thought leadership and innovation.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills; ability to be personable yet persistent.
Knowledge of Consumer and Advertiser Internet advertising products and understanding of the local marketplace.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated organizational skills, ability to juggle multiple projects across different departments.
Ability to exercise judgment, diplomacy and cooperative demeanor while adhering to process and schedule constraints.
Proficient with business software and tools related to the discipline (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Well versed in office etiquette.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Thrives working in a fast-paced, high-volume, and fluid environment
Detail-oriented, organized, proactive
Experience with CRM software (Salesforce)
Understands the basic offering and value proposition provided in Internet Advertising.
Comfortable communicating with business owners
