Scope for this initiative is reasonably defined at this time. The incoming project coordinator / PM will be accountable for aligning work and the responsible parties across multiple tracks of effort which include: . The Aprimo base product. Capgemini's LSV. Client customizations. Automation of operational tasks. Integrations (ESB and ETL) Support project manager in the planning and execution of complex projects using project management tools, techniques, and ntain a high degree of proficiency, expertise, in the use of MS Project or other scheduling ilitate communication between project teams, managing work streams and task ilitate and support the building and maintenance of the project schedule in conjunction with project manager and project sider organizational change management impact based on project schedule and technical change evolution and provide insight based on impact to defined groups. Manage intra-project change for test or pilot iner-Compose, disseminate, and deliver training, and manage training delivery. Integrate life cycle tasks, project management tasks, quality management and risk management tasks into the work breakdown structure and network diagrams. Manage the documentation of project requirements, traceability matrices, assumptions, risks and lect, review, and revise project team deliverables and status ntain meeting minutes and action itor risk and quality control trigger points and make recommendations for action.
