As DialAmerica prepares for expansion a position for Employment Coordinator has opened. This individual will be scheduled Monday through Thursday from 12pm 6pm. This individual that fills this position must possess and exhibit excellent communication skills. The Employment Coordinator reports directly to the Recruiting and Retention Specialist and will bring qualified people into the office for interviews. The Employment Coordinator will be held accountable to ensure that all schedule interviews are processed correctly as directed by the Recruiting and Retention Specialist. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 1. Representing appropriate Company and Corporate image through appropriate appearance, professional and a pleasant demeanor 2. Compliance with all Center policies, including punctuality and schedule adherence 3. Processing of ad calls through effective call techniques and screening of candidates 4. Having a solid understanding of department objectives as communicated by the Recruiting and Retention Specialist 5. Assisting and supporting the Recruiting and Retention Specialist in creating an efficient Center recruiting department 6. Being cooperative and pleasant in assisting all applicants, visitors, and Center Staff Duties include but are not limited to: Answering incoming ad calls in a timely, efficient and professional manner Adhering to the Center approved ad call script and following Corporate recruiting standards Screening incoming ad-calls and scheduling interviews with quality candidates Tracking all ad call information, scheduling of interviews Confirming all schedule interviews and follow up on rescheduled appointments Meeting and greeting all applicants and visitors Ensuring all application and required documents are filled out correctly. Preparing applicant and staff for the interview process Answering and processing of all other calls, while observing professional telephone etiquette Taking and delivering messages as necessary Filing and other clerical duties as directed by the Recruiting and Retention Specialist and Direct of the Contact Center Providing feedback and information to the Recruiting and Retention Specialist as needed Preferred Requirements: *High Integrity *Professionalism *Desire to be the Best *College Degree or Equivalent Work Experience *Previous recruitment experience *Strong Communication Skills *Ability to manage multiple priorities *Ability to maintain a positive, professional demeanor under all circumstances *Proficient Computer Skills -Typing 65 words per minute -Proficient with all aspects of Windows Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint) -Proficient with Internet Explorer and Fire Fox All serious inquiries email a cover letter and resume with subject labeled Employment Coordinator to: Sarah Fingland Recruiting and Retention Specialist [click on "Apply Online" button] Location: Henrietta Compensation: Hourly pay based on experience $9-10/ph This is a part-time job.
