Job Description



The International Communications department for CBS works hand in hand with broadcasters across the world, providing assistance with PR campaigns to ensure a successful run of their shows within the international market.













Job Responsibilities:




-Collect, maintain and distribute press clippings from shows






-Compile and coordinate monthly interview status reports






-Assist in drafting budgets for press junkets and press conferences






-Code and archive invoices






-Handle monthly expense reports






-Book international travel and draft travel itineraries






-Coordinate radio tours for talent, create schedules and supervise talent interviews






-Type memos, answer multi-line telephone, file













A huge part of the position is keeping track of details and assisting the executive with request that arise.



Required Skills/Experience



-Prior PR experience is a plus


-A zeal to be in the Public Relations field

-EXTREMELY detailed oriented and organized



- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
