Cisco IPT Consultant
Our client works within the Cisco Telephony arena. They have several openings as far as technical work is concerned. All of the positions are telecommute positions with 25% (or less) travel. They are all contract or contract to hire depending on whether the candidate wants to convert to a full time employee. Our client is looking to fill at least 12 roles as quickly as possible. Job Functions:
Create ICM configuration and scripting based on Cisco SRND guidelines
Ability to critically analyze an issue and efficiently isolate and discover its root cause
ICM/CVP/IP IVR move, add, changes
ICM log gathering and review to identify and rectify issues
Create CVP VXML applications based on VUI design
Create IP IVR scripts
Basic TCP/IP troubleshooting
Periodic after hours support for rollouts and on-call support
Desired Skills and Experience:
Excellent oral and written communications skills (technical specifications and client communications)
In depth administration, troubleshooting, and support with ICM, CVP, IP IVR, and CUCM
Strong understanding of RDBMS
Ability to simultaneously handle multiple disparate projects successfully
Basic knowledge and understanding of IOS
Additional Skills, but Not Required:
Experience with various CRM packages (SAP, , Siebel, Oracle)
