We are looking for a seasoned Channel Account Manager to join our sales team in Mexico. In this role you will be responsible for the sale of LifeSize products by existing resellers, distributors and partners to drive revenue thru the channel.
* Identify, develop and expand relationships with all reseller partners * On-board, train, mentor and motivate all reseller partners in territory * Participate in reseller shows, trainings and meetings as appropriate * Create and review territory plan with management quarterly * Develop a "Focus" partner list through profiling and field engagement efforts * Drive quarterly planning and business reviews with each "Focus" partner * Drive deal registration, lead closure and revenue growth with all partners * Generate additional demand through various partner events * Qualify, drive and track closure of "pipeline" opportunities with partner * Coordinate resources as needed to close prospective opportunities * Maintain reseller partner account information * Identify and report on competitive trends * Escalate and resolve reseller partner issues when required and appropriate * Monitor pricing practices and ensure that partner adheres to LifeSize's programs * Encourage all partners to increase their hardware / support attach ratesQualifications:
* 10+ years of channel management experience, preferably within high tech * Strong drive towards goals and proven track record of quota achievement * Strong experience in consultative sales of IT products and solutions * Superior written and verbal communications skills * Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment * Results-focused, team-oriented and a strong work ethic * Sales experience in the areas of videoconferencing or IP knowledge is preferred * Ability to travel greater than 50% or as required to exceed objectives * Effectively manage territory expenses * Minimum four (4) year college degree required No third party resumes will be accepted for this position.
