Key Purpose of the Role: Responsible for creating and overseeing change records into the validated system as well as monitoring inventory in the management systems/toolsBT values are:-
Key Responsibilities: Change Responsibilities
* Responsible for end to end creation and management of change record (Record Owner) * Gather all information provided from PM and review/coordinate with involved parties * Schedule change record with the CAB * Communicate and coordinate with concerned parties through the change process * Review all upcoming changes and review with PM the CI’s involved & Implementation teams (Post CAB Meeting) * Follow up with the implementer on the day of the change * Follow up with PM & Respective implementation teams (day of change) * Follow up with appropriate acceptance team to complete take into service processes
Inventory Responsibilities
* Update the inventory associated with a given change * Oversee/Control all inventory data input and output from the BFG * Review all assigned changes to Inventory (for adding and ceasing asset’s * On-going asset/inventory reconciliation
Skills/Experience:
* Understanding of ITIL processes. * Highly organized * Excellent customer skills * Ability to multitask * Excellent communication and coordination skills * Project management experience * Microsoft office
