Carrier Account Executive IV
Job Responsibilities:
General Summary: Responsible for calling on the largest tier carrier accounts (i.e., Verizon, Nextel, etc.) with the purpose of maintaining and growing those accounts. Typically each SCAE will manage 3 or 4 large accounts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Account management of largest tier carrier accounts.
2. Identify opportunities to grow the accounts and develop and pitch proposal/solutions to customers.
3. Serve as customer advocate to ensure XO meets/exceeds our contractual obligations with the customer.
4. Negotiate contracts with customers.
5. Manage revenue growth activities and projections (internal reports, project plans, business cases, etc.)
6. Manage Large to Strategic Named accounts.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. • Licensures: • Relevant Work Experience: 6 - 8 years of related sales and account management experience with top tier accounts. SONET, DMS 500, DACS and Switching knowledge required.
