Description: This is an estimated 1 year contract role (could be extended) through Volt Workforce Solutions. Volt is a world leader in the staffing industry, boasting 60 years of experience. Responsibilities:
" Coordinates diverse administrative tasks associated with the implementation and execution of marketing & advertising communications/product support programs, publications and/or activities.
" Ensures final work product meets approved Company standards and guidelines.
" Modifies work product if needed.
" Creates or reviews complex reports utilizing information obtained within and outside of the department.
" Establishes and monitors inventories, reorders as needed.
" Updates and maintains databases, systems applications or files to ensure accurate and current information is available for use by others.
" Coordinates invoicing activity to ensure proper and prompt payment of invoices.
Requirements: " Bilingual (French & English).
" Experience working in the field of marketing communications.
" Knowledge of advertising, promotions and/or customer relationship management.
" Experienced in work related to administrative support (Experience in coordinating diverse administrative tasks to support a project and/or program)
" Good interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
" Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft tools.
" The ability to work independently to meet assigned project deadlines.
" Demonstrated ability to work successfully in partnership with managers or employees.
" Experience in reviewing media for Canadian relevance and legal compliance, and makes preliminary required changes
" Experience in coordinating media changes
" Experience in exchanging information, answering questions or resolving issues.
" Degree in a Business/Management or Marketing discipline.
