Basketball League Coordinator - Sterling (Sports Management/Operations)
Our company is currently seeking a qualified League Coordinator to drive success in our cutting edge full-service fitness resorts.
As the League Coordinator you will ensure consistent execution of on-court and online management of the Basketball League.
Responsibilities
Manage our league games and perform court set-up prior to all games
Ensure that game statistics are recorded accurately with all game related information, including game statistics and game photos and articles, are uploaded to website in a timely manner for each game
Keep games moving, maintain game rules and manage game conflicts
Promote our league and other our branded basketball programs and activities
Assist in tracking payroll for all third party contract workers
Staff and manage all third party contract workers, including scoreboard operators, statisticians and referees
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED
Experience coaching or playing basketball games
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts using addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers, clients, and other employees
