Position: Senior Online Marketing Manager - Web Business Analyst
Description: This position provides a unique and challenging opportunity. Become a member of a recently formed team focused on the elicitation, documentation, and management of business requirements associated with the Service & Support website. Projects will focus on expanding the functionality and customer service level of the website.
Chosen candidates will work directly with marketing product managers, user experience specialists, release managers, peer business analysts, and IT resources through all Software Development Life Cycle phases with emphasis on those representing idea discovery/elaboration and requirements creation/documentation/management. While excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, the ability to understand the website's functionality and collaborate with various subject matter experts to create clear, comprehensive, and concise business requirements is critical to the success of this position.

Qualifications: Required Qualifications: This position requires an individual with academic or business experience in the creation of business level requirements for an online web environment.
A working knowledge of web technologies and concepts are required.
Candidates must have the ability to support a diverse group of individuals, be an advocate of the local requirements process, meet deadlines by mitigating risks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, continually seek process improvement, and drive decisions.
Strong analytical, written communication, verbal communication, facilitation, organization, and leadership skills are required.
Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are needed to document requirements and prepare executive level presentations.
All candidates must be highly motivated, flexible, and conscientious with the ability to work in a constantly changing environment.
Preferred Qualifications: Special consideration will be given to candidates with:
• 1-2 years experience elaborating, documenting and managing software business requirements.
• 1-2 years working on web site/applications
• A four year degree
