AT&T Sr Product Marketing Mgr, Data Products- GA

Description

This position is located in Atlanta, GA.
Job responsibilities include:
  • Strategic planning, identification of revenue opportunities and developing roadmaps for AT&T-branded and third-party applications
  • Manage features, promotions, etc. to continuously evolve and maintain best-in-class products
  • Work with third-party partners to bring to market feature and product differentiation opportunities for strategic applications and expand the AT&T applications portfolio to compete with other application storefronts
  • Work on cross-team integrations into other AT&T products
  • Work with third-party platform providers to onboard applications into AT&T's AppCenter, OEM storefronts and preloads on select devices
  • Manage upgrade and release cycles across device platforms including iPhone, Android, Blackberry, WinMo, Java and Brew
  • Manage preloads for an outstanding user experience
  • Lead cross-functional teams (Finance, Network, Sales, Care, Devices, Legal, etc.) as new products or enhancements to existing products are introduced
  • Work with business development and legal to establish and maintain business relationships as needed
  • Work with marketing and sales operations on campaigns and incentive programs
  • Identify merchandizing and promotions opportunity and work with partners and internal teams to drive revenue
  • Manage research studies around usability, churn, customer satisfaction, etc.
  • Work with pricing on introducing new models and packages
  • Work with design teams on wireframes and design comps to introduce new features
  • Manage product development process including writing marketing requirements, developing business cases and managing the go-to-market offers
  • Track and analyze sales metrics, churn, usage, etc.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
  • Five or more years of related marketing/product experience, ideally in consumer content for wireless or web
  • Three or more years of Product Management experience in the mobile or online space with a track record of successfully translating business needs into requirements and driving to execution
  • Experience with mobile applications and/or devices and operating systems
  • Experience working in the location-based services market
  • Proven project management skills
  • Content partner management experience
  • Design/UI partner management experience
  • Cross-functional team leadership experience and ability to manage peers and drive results
  • Product management experience and ability to translate business needs into requirements and drive to execution
  • Superior written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytic capability including ability to develop sophisticated forecasting models and to analyze and interpret results
  • Flexible and able to work in dynamic work environments with limited supervision to deliver results
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field of study; or, equivalent experience
