AT&T Advertising Director - Dallas, TX
The Advertising Director is responsible for managing all AT&T brand advertising initiatives.
In this role, the Director is responsible for:
• Incorporating best practicies in creative briefing, creative development, advertising production, and performance metrics.
• Leading the development of all advertising creative briefs in collaboration with Product Marketing and Marketing Communications to ensure alignment with brand strategy and marketing strategy.
• Leading the advertising creation process with direct management of the agency, ensuring collaboration and process.
• Manage the creative agencies to produce successful advertising executions in an effort to achieve marketing objectives;including both mass and direct tactics.
• Acting liaison between the creative agency and media team to ensure media brief development is aligned with the marketing strategy; ensure a strategically relevant media plan, and successful execution.
• Ensuring media and creative agency collaboration by developing integrated process for creation.
• Working with the Marketing team to develop a comprehensive and actionable analytics dashboard.
• Managing advertising and media budgets.
Qualifications: REQUIREMENTS:
• Requires 5 years supervisory experience at the Director or equivalent level.
• Requires 10 years agency or client-side advertising and marketing experience with multimedia tactics; direct marketing, mass and digital.
• Strong background in advertising strategy, media strategy,insights, and creative development
• Track record of building sustained relationships with senior leaders; a natural collaborator
• Strong process management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communicator
• Ability to lead cross-functional work teams
