Prepare elements, research and fonts for lead up to show. May generate show graphics and other on-screen elements for air. May produce mini-packages or bumps for shows. Generate fonts, identify sots and vo s in control room during live broadcast. May screen calls and other control room responsibilities. Log trials, news conferences and field tapes. Gather material from library. Assist Post Producers with edit production. Assist research department (Trial Trackers). Research and gather trial information & other news stories for research packets to be used by show team including anchors and reporters. Assist Assignment Editors gather news, coordinate logistics for field, setup lines for bookers. Interacts with several departments: Media Operations, Operations, CNN Library & other departments.
