Associate Director of Sales
Major East Hampton gallery seeks Associate Director of Sales. 2-5 years gallery experience with proven track record in sales of primary/secondary market art required. The right individual will have a thorough understanding of art history and contemporary art markets, strong organizational skills and advanced computer, communication (both written and verbal) and managerial skills. A flexible schedule that includes relocating to the Hamptons and frequent travel to/from New York City as well as participation in art fairs at other locations is essential, as is a demonstrated ability to function as a team player working in a fast-paced environment. Salary is competitive.
