We are seeking an Associate Customer Specialist, for our Plantation, FL office.
The Associate Customer Specialist is our entry level customer interface position on our corporate service team. This position will allow you to communicate with customers, answer inquiries about our products and services and develop proficiency in using CT's electronic products. You will be responsible for identifying customer needs and requests for corporate document retrieval and filing services. You will be able to create, track and follow-up on work orders by effective use of our internal electronic systems and well as our customer electronic interface tools. You will be required to guarantee high quality service throughout a work orders lifecycle from start to finish. As an Associate Customer Specialist you will provide consultative phone and online service as well as limited face-to face client visits to probe for cross selling opportunities for our array of products as well as providing expertise in the areas of corporate filings, document retrievals and statutory representation. You will have extensive telephone contact with our fulfillment, correspondent and state filing officials throughout the country.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
. Identifying customer needs and setting clear expectations regarding capability of our products and services.
. Performing all order fulfillment activities, including a review of filing procedures, completion of documents and interaction with customers.
. Will assist in development of accounts, answering customer inquiries regarding corporate services, compile search results and interact with correspondent networks as well as other CT Fulfillment offices.
. After in depth training, utilize a consultative approach when identifying customer needs (i.e. state requirements, corporate annual report filings, options for forming new business entities and updating customers on state corporate status information); promote and set clear expectations regarding capability of our products and services.
. Develop customer relationships throughout the country in law firms and corporations, via the phone.
. Provide high-level, quality consultative customer service to all internal and external customers through project's entire lifecycle from start to finish.
. Responsible for order, financial and customer record maintenance.
OTHER DUTIES Performs other duties as assigned by Team Leaders and other senior members of the corporate service team.
Qualifications: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: . Associates Degree OR Equivalent combination of a High School Diploma and work experience. (3 years of customer service experience in an office environment). Experience: . 1 year experience in a consultative Customer Service or Account Manager role in an office environment. . 1 year of Microsoft Office Suite experience (Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet) . 1 year of strong communication, written and oral.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
. Bachelor's Degree preferred . Team-oriented individual who is able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, work and problem-solve independently, as well as provide solutions to increase team efficiency. . Domestic travel may be required to attend training classes, national meetings, seminars or to visit client sites. Less than 5%.
