The corporate analyst will be part of the European telecoms, media and technology analytical team, comprised of 14 analysts covering about 120 ratings in EMEA. The team responsibilities include the surveillance of the 120 rated issuers, assign new ratings where needed, coordinate the publication of rating reports, press releases and industry commentaries, communicate with issuers and investors on key rating developments and any other relevant rating issue.

The new analyst will take full part of these activities. His core responsibilites will be the presentation to rating committees, the strict maintainance of rating files in accordance with S&P procedures, the preparation of annual reviews or any other type of event driven reviews with the issuers' management, the edition of press releases and rating reports, the accurate update of financial databases, forecasts and any other relevant templates for the rating process and the participation on due diligence reviews with originators, servicers and investors.



· Experience in credit analysis, corporate finance, accounting and/or credit research
· Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial statements and accounting concepts.
· Strong communication skills, oral and written
· Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks at the same time, collate information into reasoned arguments and to manage competing priorities.
· Language skills in Italian and/or German would be a advantage
