Description
The primary responsibility of the Associate CSM - Migration Manager will be to help Healthcare Planning clients migrate to the new MarketDiscovery platform and subsequently migrate to ICD-10. The Associate CSM - Migration Manager will engage directly with clients and Client Services Managers (CSMs) to support a smooth migration to the new planning platform. He/She will also work closely with the product development (technical migration manager) and product management (product manager) teams to ensure a cohesive plan, excellent internal and external communication, and well coordinated delivery of all migrations are executed. The Associate CSM - Migration Manager will be responsible for the following objectives, including: * The successful migration of all Polaris Market Profiles customers to MarketDiscovery * The successful migration of all TMPP customers to MarketDiscovery * The eventual migration of Outpatient Profiles customers to MarketDiscovery * Maintenance of high renewal rates through ensuring client satisfaction throughout the upgrade process * Providing assistance and coordination support to Client Services Managers and may assume direct client responsibilities in advanced phases of the role * Working with product manager and client services manager to ensure understanding of all project activities, schedules and deliverables.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree * Overarching project/program management across clients including tracking and reporting * Project management in support of individual client migrations * Excellent organizational skills demonstrated by managing multiple priorities/projects * Capable of building relationships and communicating effectively with customers (analysts and executives alike) * Collaborate cross-functionally to equally support the businesses needs and customer expectations * Exceptional organizational and communication skills are essential * Capable of delegating responsibility and initiating action * Contribute to team success * Strong analytic, reporting and presentation skills Material and Equipment Directly Used Requires the use of office equipment, including desktop computer or laptop computer with dock station, monitor, keyboard and mouse, handheld device, fax, copier, and telephone.
Working Environment/Physical Activities Office environment; travel requiring the ability to transport a laptop and peripherals and handheld device.
