Description
The primary responsibility of the Associate CSM - Custom Services is to assist Planning Client Services Managers (CSMs) with client service deliverables. These services may include custom mail lists and the assistance of custom value-add service deliverables. The Associate CSM - Custom Services will employ planning/marketing, healthcare, and analytic expertise to ensure on-time, high quality, customer satisfying deliverables for Planning customers. The Associate CSM - Custom Services will be responsible for the following objectives, including:
* Scoping, management, and delivery of a variety of client service deliverables related to Planning solutions * Working with the client services manager to ensure understanding and success of assigned project activities, schedules and deliverables. * Providing assistance and coordination support to Client Services Managers as well as direct client responsibilities in advanced phases of the role * Maintenance of high renewal rates through ensuring client satisfaction * Generate leads for value-added services and additional planning and marketing solutions.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree * 3-5 years experience in healthcare planning and/or marketing. * Capable of building relationships and communicating effectively with customers and client services managers (analysts and leaders alike) * Excellent organizational skills demonstrated by managing multiple priorities/projects * Strong analytic, reporting and presentation skills * Collaborate cross-functionally to equally support the businesses needs and customer expectations * Contribute to team success * Experience with direct to consumer marketing programs * SQL experience (desired) Material and Equipment Directly Used Requires the use of office equipment, including desktop computer or laptop computer with dock station, monitor, keyboard and mouse, handheld device, fax, copier, and telephone.
Working Environment/Physical Activities Office environment; travel requiring the ability to transport a laptop and peripherals and handheld device.
