FSWP develops RF transceiver products for cellular handsets, and more than 140 design engineers are working on RF transceiver IC design, architecture, validation, verification, and reference designs. The group is also working on the next generation of products with engineering samples already available on a multimode WCDMA/EGPRS/LTE transceiver with a 4G DigRF interface.
We are seeking an Analog Design Engineer IV to join our team in Tempe, AZ.
Analog designers will be responsible for specifying and documenting circuit specifications; circuit design of novel, fully integrated high performance analog circuits; analog circuit simulation; heavy interaction with layout designer to realize high quality analog designs; verification of performance in the system; and bench evaluation of the analog performance.
10 years experience in the following areas: * Advanced experience in the design of CMOS analog integrated circuits such as operational amplifiers, active filters, dc regulators, analog-to-digital and digital-to-analog converters; knowledge of direct conversion receive and direct launch transmit lineups; * Advanced experience in cellular transceivers is a big plus. * Should be experienced in UNIX/Linux environments, Cadence design tools, spice simulation, and behavioral modeling of analog circuits. * Advanced experience with EM modeling tools and ADS is beneficial. * MSEE or PhD
