AdSense Tech Team Specialist - Mountain View This position is based in Mountain View, area: Online Sales and Operations The Online Sales and Operations (OSO) team keeps Google growing and profitable. We are dedicated to supporting the company's expanding base of advertisers, publishers and users in more than 40 languages on a global basis, and providing them with the highest levels of service. We are responsible for supporting customers and generating revenue from a broad range of products such as AdWords, AdSense, Gmail and Google Earth. This means that OSO team members need to be proactive, motivated, organized, responsible – and able to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented role: AdSense Tech Team Specialist As an AdSense TechTeam Specialist, you will be responsible for understanding and troubleshooting the AdSense ecosystem from page crawling and ad targeting to front-end UI issues. You will maintain relationships wth Engineering teams related to the AdSense product as well as support and train our acquisition and account management teams who work directly with publishers. In addition, as part of the AFX team, the specialist will work closely with emerging AdSense businesses including syndicated search, mobile, RSS feeds, video, games, and online ponsibilities: * Maintain deep understanding of AdSense ad serving and targeting systems. * Provide technical sales support to publisher sales teams for all AdSense products. * Troubleshoot global rollouts including coordination with regional teams. * Escalate and prioritize issues with AdSense back-end and front-end systems. Communicate and coordinate with regional teammates across the world on global AdSense products and issues. * Educate team members on technical updates and features in AdSense uirements: * BA/BS degree preferred with strong academic record. * Strong organizational and project management skills. * Technical knowledge and/or experience in Javascript or a related language. * Strong analytical skills and background (Excel). * Excellent verbal/written communication skills including w job cart To all recruitment agencies:Google does not accept agency resumes.
