YPM, Inc. is a stable and fast-paced Orange County advertising agency, with 30 years of service to multi-million dollar advertisers. We have a close knit atmosphere and provide our employees with an outstanding work environment. We are looking for a professional and responsible individual to fulfill an Administrative Assistant / Online Media Support position for our Interactive Media department.
Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
Work closely with the Sales/Interactive Media team to provide administrative support and prepare internet media campaign materials for national clients
Collect data through databases and related systems, and compile specialized reports
Prepare, update and maintain reporting spreadsheets and expenditure summaries
Daily and extensive use of Excel functions, including but not limited to: creation of reports, graphs, tables & charts, and usage of advance formulas, pivot tables & VLook up
Integrate complex media data into clear aesthetical format
Assist with preparing business meeting materials for client meetings/presentations
Manage projects and meet deadlines in a timely manner; Respond timely and accurately to requests and special projects
Shows attention to detail and accuracy in work
Requirements:
Requirements include, but not limited to the following:
2+ years experience in a professional/business environment as an Administrative Assistant
BS/BA Degree a plus, but not required
Proficient/Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Must have exceptional detail skills
Strong organization, time management and execution skills; must be able to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and respond with appropriate sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
Excellent and professional communication skills: written, verbal and interpersonal
Ability to function both independently and as a member of cross-functional team in a professional business environment
