Account Services Executive
The ASE will function as the Internal Project Manager for the Western Sales team; driving client-specific platform creation and idea development. The ASE will assemble the project team from relevant sales and marketing groups. Write and distribute marketing briefs. Provide project roadmaps, timelines and responsibilities to all involved - including summary of ideas, specific direction on elements and next steps. Serve as the point of contact to all internal groups responsible for the execution of the deal. Manage development of client-ready output (presentation, treatment, one-sheets, etc..) After a deal is closed, the ASE is the point of contact for all materials. Responsible for the creation, distribution and implementations of deal point letters. The ASE will be the point person on all post sale recap decks - working closely with marketing services to include all relevant recap materials i.e. delivery, screenshots.
Responsibilities
-Working with the AE or sales manager to serve as a project manager for multimedia client projects and responsible for initiating project roadmaps, a deliverable next step check list, and coordination with client service marketing group for final presentation creation
-Collaborate with the AE on single medium RFP's, meeting preparation, or new business pitches
-Serve as a point person with the various marketing and production groups for all pre-sale activity and proposals
-Responsible for the creation, distribution and implementation of the deal point letter to all sales team members
-Manage the research process (including cross media Dynamic Logic studies) for all proposals, new business pitches, agency and client request and upcoming meetings
-For larger programs facilitate the completion of the post campaign wrap up presentation
-Work with the AE's to strategize on new business pitches
-Read the trades, keep up on marketing and media trends, client and agency reviews
-Competitive analysis and tracking for client list across all mediums
-Responsible for ideation of a marketing solution for a client from beginning to end (more empowerment to the ASE to develop or contribute their ideas to a proposal)
-With the support and guidance of the senior director, take initiative to work with a group within our Hispanic Network and CMS (on-air management, sports management, marketing services) to improve the process and drive more revenue
-Draft and develop marketing briefs - creation and idea development for single medium and integrated sponsorship
