We are seeking a top-notch Account Executive to have oversight for one of the organizations largest Managed Service Provider (MSP) accounts. This individual is accountable for developing and maintaining client relationships at the executive and regional management level as well as at the individual facility level. The Position carries responsibility for managing area managers and a team of staffing consultants, overall management of the program operations and affiliate vendor relationships.
This Executive level position is key for creating collaborative relationships by gaining a thorough understanding of the clients business ensuring customer satisfaction and attainment of program and financial objectives. A major aspect will be partnering with internal department leaders including Recruitment, Quality and Clinical Services, Finance and Customer Service to ensure clients satisfaction. Providing tactical and strategic staffing support that consistently meets or exceeds the clients business expectations, while meeting AMNs business objectives is of the utmost importance.
Responsibilities: - Manage the activities and performance of the programs success through the establishment, tracking, and implementation of key performance metrics including an internal program scorecard, client facing scorecard and affiliate vendor scorecard. - Create collaborative relationships with Kaiser executive, regional, and facility level representatives to ensure all program needs, expectations and performance objectives are met in a timely and proactive manner. - Partners with other AMN departments and divisions to develop processes and collaborative efforts that will impact performance objectives and ensure success of the program. - Maintains and communicate strategic account management information to AMN executive management. - Other duties as assigned

Requirements: - Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience - 5 - 10 years managed services, staffing or industry related sales or service experience. - Prefer 3 to 5 years supervisory experience. - Preferred (optional): 3-5 years in the healthcare industry
