BENTEK provides a full range of products including daily market reports, online tools, comprehensive studies, consulting engagements and retainer services.
Key Responsibilities:
The Account Coordinator (AC) is responsible for the implementation of services and products, customer support and contract management for BENTEK's clientele. The AC will process orders from the sales group and will support marketing functions, such as:
· Assist in BENTEK's overall customer service plan · Maintain an externally focused customer culture · Recognize and communicate product and service changes to customers · Provide a high-quality experience to all BENTEK customers · Become an integral part of the BENTEK customer support team
Specific duties include, but not limited to:
1. Review salesperson's contract from an operations perspective for clarity and completeness 2. Manage BENport and report trials 3. Set up new BENport, Salesforce and EFFI accounts 4. Manage BENport permissions 5. Work with clients to set up new users 6. Operational liaison between sales, billing and analytics 7. Maintain client accounts 8. Assistance in new services implementation a. Coordinate with sales and marketing b. BENport permissions, BENport web parts c. Salesforce changes 9. Monthly expiring contract review and price increase processes 10. Quality control in BENport 11. Develop and maintain standard communication pieces 12. Periodically review every client to make sure they are set up correctly 13. Responsible for certain Salesforce clean up opportunities
Skills and Abilities:
The AC must possess strong verbal and written skills and the ability to communicate effectively over the telephone and via email. High energy, active listening and attention to detail are key components to being successful. The AC will: 1) be independently motivated, 2) accept rejection in a constructive manner, 3) have an outstanding and very-determined work ethic, 4) and be a team player with a "company first" attitude. The AC will have experience using the Internet and MS Office products.
Education:
Although no formal education is required, courses in communications are helpful when applying for a position that involves placing cold calls.
Compensation:
The AC is a salaried position that potentially includes a yearend bonus, depending on individual and company success. Base salary is based on experience.
