Summary: Facebook''s Preferred Marketing Developer Program (PMD) helps developers build products that make social marketing easier and more effective. The Partner Manager will work closely with our most strategic partners across a variety of business units (primarily product and engineering) to develop products and services related to marketing on Facebook. As a Partner Manager, you are expected to provide deep product insight and ongoing consultative support to drive partner product roadmaps and business growth. This position is based in our Singapore office. Required Skills: Serve as primary relationship owner to high priority technology partner developers; Identify and translate local market opportunities to help build a dynamic, innovative developer partner ecosystem; Drive strategic and technical partner product development efforts from concept to launch; Evangelize Facebook''s products to developer partners and provide ongoing education; Champion partner product feedback and feature requests within Facebook; Monitor partner compliance with program requirements, policies and objectives; Proactively resolve business and technical issues with partners; Gather partner feedback (feature requests, common technical issues, etc.) to enhance the PMD program and the developer partner experience; Provide consultative services to Facebook sales and account management teams whose clients are implementing PMD solutions/tools Experience: 5+ years of client facing experience in partner management, technical account management or technical sales, preferably internationally across APAC; Strong understanding of the online marketing ecosystem; Exceptional written/oral communication skills and influencing abilities; Excellent project management and strong quantitative/analytical skills; Ability to lead and execute multiple time-sensitive projects in parallel; Ability to work effectively and cross-functionally with peers and managers, both internally and externally; Deep passion for Facebook products, technology, and online marketing; Fluent English with Japanese or Korean a plus Industry: Internet
