Technology Partner, HR/Legal

Summary:
Facebook is looking for an individual that can manage technical application implementations in the HR/Legal systems space. You will be required to collaborate with internal business partners to manage demand, extract requirements and design solutions in Core HR, Performance Management and Records Management. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, exceptional communication skills and extensive experience driving solutions. This individual will partner with cross functional teams and third parties in aligning organizational capabilities to deliver on product road-maps for HR/Legal technology solutions for Facebook. This position is based in Menlo Park.
Required Skills:
Responsible for developing and implementing end-to-end solutions in HR and Legal.
Ability to make data based decisions to determine prioritization of features and to measure success;
Ability to map data elements and transformations to integrations or reports;
Responsible for creating and managing project plans, deliverables, dependencies, and outcomes;
Responsible for defining and measuring project goals and for ensuring project goals are achieved within the established project timeframe, guidelines/scope, and budget;
Create key performance indicators and illustrate business value through technical delivery;
Manage the tracking, routing, and resolution planning of all bugs for one or multiple projects;
Define success criteria for projects and create metrics. Track and communicate performance against such metrics;
Responsible for managing third party vendors, vendor road-maps and SLAs;
Develop and manage end-to-end project plans in a fast-paced environment with cross functional project teams;
Provide hands on project management and business analysis during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases;
Perform risk management and change management on projects;
Experience:
Solid understanding of development methodologies;
4+ years of experience in software development environment and an additional 2+ years as a Technical Project Manager;
4+ years system implementation experience, HR/Legal systems preferred but not required;
Extensive experience with third party application evaluation, business process design and implementation.;
Knowledge of relational databases and SQL, preferably MySQL;
Strong communication, coordination, and planning skills;
Hands-on experience with relevant technical concepts, able to effectively use them in planning and decision-making;
Proven ability to drive innovation in products;
B.S. in computer science, computer engineering (Preferred, not required), or equivalent experience;
