Position Summary:

Position Summary: Implements new client products and platform lines across various OEM clients. Ensures that new product(s) and services are tested prior to launch. Works with product management and marketing teams to obtain relevant product information and training materials for the product(s) being implemented.
* Partners and collaborates with Account Management team to fulfill client requirements. Communicates technical requirements and timelines; stays on track to deliver timely implementations. Coordinates the tasks to deliver client specific projects. Supports the account managers with client on-boarding process. Maintains an effective working relationship across internal departments by recognizing their functional objectives and keeping all lines of communication open.
* Provides technical competence and understanding of the overall webhosting and related technologies to bring additional information and resources to account managers and clients. Writes requirements documents specific to client implementation.
* Describes and documents work using Verio’s troubleshooting ticketing system. Assists in resolving operational issues. Facilitates and assists with the troubleshooting of escalated customer issues. Tracks hardware usage for OEM account(s) and provides forecasts on customer’s hardware usage. Works with business resources to provide oversight and appropriate level of intervention with service delivery to promote customer satisfaction.
* Uses systems and tools (Autobahn, Nimbus, IDS< Remedy, Sugar, SharePoint and others) to deliver client’s requirements. Supports the configuration of Zimbra email solutions; cloud services and VPS/MPS prior to launch.
* Understands and maintains knowledge of client’s hosting business, competition and latest industry news and trends. Maintains a working knowledge of all products, processes and systems.
* Travels as required for business.
* Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements


* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.

* Five or more years of experience in technology and/or sales, which includes technical experience with knowledge of email solutions such as Zimbra.

* Knowledge of Webhosting and IT channel, specifically with solution providers (OEMs, VARs, MSPs, ISVs System Integrators, etc.).

* Proficiency with various software applications programs including Microsoft Office required.

* Bilingual is preferred.

* Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems and meet deadlines.

* Passion for delivering an excellent customer experience. Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, collaborative and complex environment.
